He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Resch, Sr. and Margaret Dalton Resch; and his brother Richard Resch. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lapina Resch; his children, Joseph Robert Resch, III (Susan Jordan), Stephanie Ranghelli (Jason) and Jillian Marr (James); his siblings, Robert Resch, Margaret Sywed and Catherine Resch; his sister-in-law Patricia Genova; his grandchildren, Johnathan Ranghelli, Mia Ranghelli, Colton Ranghelli, Brady Marr, Ryan Marr and Devyn Marr; and his stepgrandchildren, Desiree Varrecchia, Jonathan Varrecchia, Michaela R. Jordan and Justina M. Jordan. He is also survived by two step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, Boy Scouts of America, or a local American Legion.
