He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Carol Costa Marshall (Andrew), JoAnn Peragallo (John), Toni Smith (Jerry), Patty Hoppe (Dave), Michelle Costa, Gina Guarante (Joe), John Evans (Andrea Robert Evans) and Lisa Keller (Gregg); and his brothers, Anthony Costa (Lynn) and Philip Costa. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
