He is survived by: his wife Kim Perna; his son Joey Perna; his close friend Dakota; his mother Dorothy Perna; his siblings, Marianne Perna of New Castle, DE and Kevin Perna (Elpi); his niece Alexandra; his parents-in-law, Bob Bragg and Ruth Burns; his sister-in-law Stephenie Bowen (Jarrett); his nieces, Caroline and Audrey of Taneytown, MD.; and his nephew Hunter.
