He is survived by: his wife Kathie Petras Tofaute; his daughters, Becky Johnson (Bob) and Beth Ann Kenny (Bill); his grandchildren, J. R. (Bryanna), Zach, Katie and Sean; and his sisters-in-law, Priscilla, Carol (Rick) and Janet. He is also survived by the many nieces and nephews.
