He was predeceased by: his father John Pickup. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Pickup; his children, Lauren Wiseman and Ryan Pickup; his grandchildren, Macey Wiseman and Evan Wiseman; his mother Barbra Zoll; and his siblings, Deborah Mahoney, Nancy Greiner, Thomas Pickup, Timothy Pickup and Pamela Ashdown.

In lieu of flowers, family is asking to make donations in John's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or American Diabetes Association.
