She is survived by: her children, George P. Puskar (Kathy) of Upper St, Nicholas T. Puskar (Donna) of White Oak and Helen F. Blevins (Mike); her grandchildren, Doug Puskar (Kellie), Lori Crosby (Jerrod), Kristen Holtzman (Casey), Ashley James (Greg) and Stacey Zanardelli; and her great grandchildren, Makenna, Nicholas Puskar, Gianna, Isabella, Tessa Crosby, Hallie, Marlee, Derek Holtzman and Brooks Zanardelli. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
