She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George DeVere and Helen DeVere (Dunn); her children, William B. Tarver, Jr. of Bluffton, SC, Clare Jones of Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth Zipperer (Alex) of Savannah, GA and Helen Fennelly (Wilson) of Thomasville, GA; her husband William B. Tarver; and her children, Mark Mason Tarver and Carol Rebecca Tarver Leo. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Vincent's Academy, Savannah.
