It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold McLendon of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Leslie and Mary Lizzie McLendon; his former wife Helen Mae Rodgers; his children, Deborah Anne McLendon (Gordie), Dr. Harold McLendon, Jr. (Melissa) and Dr. Keith McLendon (Deb); his wife Maggie; his grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Postlewait (Patrick), Dr. Jenna Schroy (Rodd), Elizabeth Chapo (John), Mary Powell (Chase), Martin Rodgers McLendon (Ginny) and William Leslie McLendon; his great grandchild Hudson Powell; his grandchildren, David Morrison (Becky), Kristen Hoover (Chris), Lori Mallard (Brandon), Bradley Morrison (Amanda), Elli McAdams (Wes) and Gray Morrison; and also, Joey Morrison (Lori) and Neal Morrison (Lanier).
