It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greta Zuleime Fowler Bennett of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Lisbon, Louisiana, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Fowler and Ophelia Fowler (Rodgers); her husband Homer Ray Bennett; her sister Adrienne Fowler (Keith) of Savannah, GA; and her brothers-in-law, S. L. Rutland, Jr. of Bluffton, SC and William Keith of Savannah, GA..
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Butler (William) of Tomball, TX, Dianne Biezenbos (Frank) of Richmond Hill, GA, Sandra Reilly (Gordon) of Yulee, FL and Virginia Gaffney (Cary) of Bluffton, SC.; and her sister Nelda Rutland (S. L.) of Bluffton, SC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
