Giles B. Bowers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Giles B. Bowers of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giles B. Bowers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kay, Ronald (Sonny), Darrel and Axel; his parents, Ronald Bowers and Margaret Sproul Bowers; his daughter Alison Rodriguez; and his stepson Mark Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his brother Roger (Dee); his children, Sean (Charlyn), Christian (Michele) and Ryan (Kelly); his stepchildren, Nicole Joyce and Todd Joyce (Tara); his grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Keaton and Caleb; and his stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Rian "Duke" (Ethan).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Market Street Presbyterian Church (1100 W Market St, Lima, OH 45805). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
