He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Salemo and Anna Piegare Salemo; his sister Frances Salemo Coltelli; and his niece Joan Coltelli. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Salemo of Bluffton; his children, John J. Salemo (Karen) of Angler, NC, Frank A. Salemo (Dina) of East Isup and Helen Nelson of Bohemia; his grandchildren, Jake Salemo, Kyle Salemo, Joseph Salemo, Michael Nelson and Sara Massaro; and his great grandchildren, Logan Nelson, Reese Massaro and John Massaro.
Masks and social distancing are requested at both Sauls Funeral Home and Beaufort National Cemetery.
