She was predeceased by: her parents, Bleeker Isbelle Morgan Fortner and Earl Edgar Fortner; her husband Perry Willis; her daughter Janet Louise Fletcher; her son-in-law Charles Matthew Boswell; and her great grandchild Nikolai Kaim.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Keith Willis (Julie) of Bluffton, SC, David Perry Willis, Sr. (Jenny) of Bluffton, SC, Paul Gene Willis (Angie) of Calabash, NC, Joel Alan Willis (Connie) of La Plata, MD and Judith Helen Boswell of Bluffton, SC; and her brother Earl Ray Fortner of Fulton, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
