She was predeceased by: her husband Harold M. Simmons; and her siblings, Anne, Coye, Luther, Charlie, Aaron and Levi.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia; her grandchildren, Douglas Snadecki (Nancy), Eric Snadecki, Jill Simmons-Snadecki and Karen Robbins (Blake); her great grandchildren, Haley, Andrew, Sara, Gregory, Bradley, Molly, Emily and Cooper; and also Pat.
