She is survived by: her husband Arthur Gene Cook; her children, James Allen Collins, Judy DuBose of Bluffton, Clydie Faye Cribbs of Bluffton and Debra Collins of Bluffton; her siblings, Jerry Alvin Cowart of Windville, AL, Dorothy Grice (Larry) of Portal, GA and Marilyn Tucker (Red) of Metter, GA; and her grandchildren, Tammy Rivers, Sammy Rivers, Mandy Collins, Chris Collins, Jerry Turner, Katie Collins, Jamie Collins, Nikki Collins, Wayne Cribbs and Serina Collins. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and many loving friends.
