She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Lewis Frederick (Freddie); her son Timothy; and her father Leon McMillen. She is survived by: her sons, David Frederick (Pamela) of Bluffton and Stephen Frederick (Lora) of Fairborn, Ohio; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Norman and Dakota Scott; and her great grandchildren, Madison and Alex Norman.
