He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Shinabarger and Lucille W. Shinabarger (Hosier). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Shinabarger of Bluffton, SC; his child Drs; his siblings, Rob Shinabarger (Robin) of Raleigh, NC, Karen Pratt (David) of Utica, OH and Joni Fetla of Leander, TX; and his granddaughter Evelyn S. Shinabarger.
