With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lakeman Marshall (Bluffton, South Carolina), born in Machias, Maine, who passed away on March 1, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vaughn Wilder Marshall; her son Courtney Allen Marshall; and her grandson Jonathan Hawes. She is survived by: her parents, Blanchard Lakeman and Edith Allen Lakeman; her daughter Sylvia Jeanette (Dennis Bailey) of St. Helena Island; her nieces, Margaret Marshall and Joan Trombetti; and also, Francine Marjorie of Madisonville, TN, Peter Charles (Charlene) of Bluffton, SC., Janet Allen Hayes, Mary Jack and John Jack.
