He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Koukos and Helen Koukos. He is survived by: his wife Dale Koukos of Bluffton, SC; his son Chris Koukos (Carly) of Phoenixville, PA; his stepchildren, Lauren Belvedere of Lancaster, Brittany Berliere of Phoenix, AZ and Brett Belvedere of Wayne, PA; his grandson Luke Koukos; and his stepgrandson Harrison Berliere.
