She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harold Wiggins; her parents, Norman Quartz and Anna May Quartz; her siblings, Joanne Mazzu, Russell Quartz and Lorraine Masterson; her children, Heather Wiggins McKinley and Christopher Thomas Wiggins; and her grandchildren, Reagan Leighanne Thompson, Jillian Ansleigh Thompson, Jason Christopher Thompson, Madison Lee McKinley and Brooklyn Mallory McKinley.
