He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend E. J. Gibson and Mary Elizabeth Ford Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Masters Gibson; his son Chad Parker Gibson (Susanne); his grandchildren, McKinley and Ainsley Gibson; his sisters, Paula Gibson Noble (Reverend Jerry Noble), Pamela Gibson Picklesimer (Quinton Picklesimer), Joyce Masters Dalton and Karen Masters Wicks; and also, Jay Dalton and Les Wicks.
