She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridie Maloney and Jeremiah Maloney; her husband Gerry (Czechoslovakian); her siblings, Joe, Sonny of Marie, TD and Kathy; and her granddaughter Grace.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Sulak-Mehlinger, Cynthia Sulak, David Sulak and Kristen Sulak; her grandchildren, Kristen, Priscilla, Dominic, Victoria, Elizabeth, Charles, Matthew and Faith; and her great grandchild Theodore of Texas.

Due to COVID restrictions registration is required to attend.
