He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Kozlowski and Elizabeth Centrella Kozlowski; his grandparents, Serafino, Winsted, Vincent and Stephanie RuhalskiKozlowski of Torrington, CT; his wife Nancy Gibson Kozlowski; his children, Brett, Beth and Karen (David Taporco); his grandson Ryan Taporco; and his siblings, Joyce Pequignot of Kent and Stanley (Sara). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
