He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hinkle and Ida Hinkle; his siblings, Mary Marie Hinkle, Katherine Hinkle, Beulah Kucek, Ray Hinkle and Franklin Hinkle; and his granddaughter Brittany Donovan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hinkle; his sister Betty Knepp; his children, Leigh Ann Pennington (Wesley), Kristy Hurley (Steven) and Nicole Fransen (Barry); and his grandchildren, Joe Paul, Peyton, Ashton, Kellan and Gabriel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
