He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Geraldine Nancy Mitchell Heusner and Arthur Mansel Heusner; his wife Susanne "Sue" Bush Heusner; his daughter-in-law Jenny Heusner of Raleigh, NC.; his daughter Heidi; his son-in-law Ted Holt of Acton, MA; his grandchildren, Khaki, Paige, Andrew, Blake Heusner, Gardner and Benjamin Holt; and his pet Hannah.
