She is survived by: her parents, Jack Julian and Kay Gainey Segars; her husband James Bernard Haithcock; her son Jonathan Jacobsen "Jacob" Haithcock (Jennifer) of Blenheim, SC; her stepdaughter Hope Boatwright of Jefferson, SC; her sisters, Karen Hodge (David) of Bluff City, TN. and Chris Howle (Robert) of Hartsville, SC; her grandson Jackson Jacobsen "Jake" Haithcock; her sister-in-law Barbara Robinson of Cheraw, SC; her aunt Bobbie Tyner; and her children, Faris Rd and Greenville.
