He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Hendrix and Edith Brooks Hendrix; and his sister Anne H. Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Asger (Ed), Billy Hendrix (Catherine), Frances Porter (Johnny) and Ben Long (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jake Asger, Brooks Asger (Emma), Chanie Asger (Adam June), Nancy Blair Wright (Donnie), Brice Williams (Brock), Katie Hancock (Tyler Sandifer), Nic Long and Cameron Long; his great grandchildren, Porter Williams and Jack Williams; his nieces and nephews, Jim Barnes (Lou), Tommy Barrineau, Ray Barrineau (Beth), Jeanne Barnes and Betsy Barrineau; and his sister-in-law Betty Barrineau (Tom). He is also survived by his family, his friends.
