He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Juanita Ruth Williams Frazier; his parents, Francis Ann Copeland and James Blair Frazier, Sr. of Blair, SC; his brothers, James Blair Frazier, Jr. and Francis Marion Frazier; his children, Rhett Frazier, Jr. (Brenda) and Susan Frazier Newton (Rusty); his grandchildren, John Rhett Frazier, III (Gready), Julianne Frazier Reynolds (Joe), Jennifer Newton Warnock (Ralph), James Bradford Newton (Tara) and Robert Frazier Newton (Lauren); his sisters-in-law, Catherine Williams Ford, Frankie Williams Prater and Ann Odom Frazier; and his grandsons, William Blair Frazier, John Rhett Frazier, IV, Joseph Craig Reynolds and Ralph Dobbie Warnock. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
His life reflected to his family faith, love, hope, charity, all hallmarks of his character.
