It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lewis Jr. of Blair, South Carolina, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifton and Eliza Shirley Lewis, Sr.; his daughter Amanda Lewis; and his sisters, Scottie Wright and Ethel Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Emmie Lou Wilson Lewis; his children, Chuck Lewis, Tina Lewis and Heidi Kyzer (Justin); his siblings, Tommy Lewis (Robin), Keith Lewis (Alice), Mary Ann Edenfield and Nancy Watkins (Tris); his grandchildren, Tyler Lewis, Alexus Wilson, Aleeya Wlson, Ashton Lewis, Sergio Lewis, Makinzey Kyzer, Bentley Kyzer, Hayley Kyzer and Hannah Kyzer; and his great grandchild Maysen Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing will be implemented, and masks are required. Due to Covid-19, the family asks for no visitors at the home but will greet friends after the service by the graveside.
