He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Woodard and Maggie Bee Woodard; his daughter Alicia "Ann"; his siblings, Richard Jr., Leroy Floyd Woodard, Annie Ruth Jackson, Mary Ruby Worthy, Amanda and Hope Woodard; and his siblings-in-law, Willie Robinson, Melvin Sims, Rosevelt Jackson, Rayetta Sims and Sara Ann Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Mamie Sims Woodard; his daughter Charlesetta Woodard; his grandchildren, DerRicia Bates of Blair, SC, Dajon Bates (Raven) of Spartanburg, SC, Khaleb, Khamaj Feaster, Ahmeria, Joydan and Ja'Siya Anna; his siblings, Willie (Glenda), Minnie Robinson, Roberta, Floree, Hattie Edwards (Charles) and Bernice; his siblings-in-law, Herman Worthy, Charlie Sims Jr. (Hattie), Nathaniel Sims (Sharon), Arthur Sims (Mary), Jimmy Sims (Phyllis) and Betty Woodard; his uncle Glenn; and also, Bobbie, Joseph, Leon Woodard of Blair, SC and Trez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives.
