She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Ralph Smith and Frances Owen Smith. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Thomas R. Terry; her son Jay Terry (Teresa) of Greenville, SC; her grandchildren, Jonathan Lewis, Matthew Terry, Christopher Terry, Mary Terry, Ashley Terry, David Terry (Caty) and Sara Terry (Luther); her great grandchildren, Grace, Faith and Jack Terry; and also, Boualy Sivilai (Choune), Hope Carter (Kevin), Lia Carter and Tommy Sivilai. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
