She was predeceased by: her parents, Rae Ottinger, Sr. and Judith Elaine Dawson Ottinger. She is survived by: her fiancé William Leon Randall; her children, William Martin, III (Alexis) of Kershaw County, SC, Bridget Martin of Martinsville, WV, Aronda Frierson of Blackville, SC, Stephanie Snead (Joshua) of Barnwell, SC and Angelia Frierson of Barnwell; her grandchildren, Anna, Collin, Mira, Destiny, Kira, Christian, Kam'ron, Dominic, Landon, Kaylee, Jaycee and Zayne; her brothers, Rae Ottinger, Jr. (Carol) of Coward, SC and Steve Ottinger (Lorraine) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her child Jackie Lee Frierson of Barnwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
