He is survived by: his siblings, John Wesley Dowling (Joyce) and Ella Smith; his sister-in-law Nancy Dowling; his sons, David Boynton and Kenneth Dowling; his wife Vickie Dowling; his children, Phillip Dowling of Blackville, Melissa Wright (Robert) of Dorchester, SC and Eric Dowling (Rain) of Graniteville, SC; his grandchildren, Autumn of Makayla, Ala, Marissa, Timothy, Alya Dowling, Zachariah, Taylor and Tyler Wright; his brothers, Benjamin Dowling (Dorothy) of Blackville, SC, Clary (Odalis) of Columbia, SC and Joe Dowling (Bobbie) of Columbia, SC; and his godchildren, Octavia Blocker, Mattielisa Ginn and Micheal Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
