He is survived by: his wife Shannan Hornsby of Surfside Beach, SC; his children, Emily Sierra Hornsby of Columbia, SC, Bobby Cathcart and Dean Cathcart of Surfside Beach; his siblings, Lisa Lowder (Jerry) of Surfside Beach and Joey Griggs (Alexa) of Longs, SC.; and his friend Gamecocks.
The family has requested that memorial contributions in Gator's name be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
