He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis LeRoy Sandifer and Frankie Ineeda Grubbs Sandifer; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Hutto Sandifer; and his siblings, Betty Sandifer Wetzel, Kathryn Sandifer McCormick (Kitty), Reverend W. A. "Billy" Sandifer, Otis L. Sandifer, Jr., Hammond Sandifer, Frank Sandifer and Rhett Sandifer.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Sandifer (Nikki) of Blackville, SC and Scotty Sandifer (Kitty) of Blackville, SC; his siblings, June Sandifer Atterholt, Linda Sandifer Collins, Patty Sandifer McCormack (Kendall) and Jack Sandifer (Jeanette); his sister-in-law Faye Sandifer; his grandchildren, Savanna Thompson (Seth), Brandon Sandifer (Ashley), Karaline Ineeda Sandifer (Trevor Still), Paisley Carrigg Gleaton, Denver Sandifer (Jordan), Dalton Walker Sandifer, Dillon Phillip Sandifer (Bethany) and Duston Paul Sandifer; and his great grandchildren, Mary Gray Sandifer, Rylee June Thompson, Phillip Reed Sandifer, Cooper Scott Sandifer, Harper Lyn Sandifer and Mason Denver Sandifer.
