He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Hutson Chavis; his daughters, Doris Chavis Rosier (Daryl) of Barnwell, SC, Marlene Doughtie Seiber (Kevin) of Meldrim, GA, Rebecca Zorn (Kevin) of Barnwell, SC and Racheal Chavis Neece (Jonathan) of Olar, SC; his grandchildren, Ashton Rosier Inabinett (Chris), Skye Zorn, Sabbath Zorn and Yahshua Zorn; his great grandchild Leia Inabinett; and his siblings, Lori Ann Jones (Jeff), Katie Chavis and Donnie Chavis (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
