She was predeceased by: her parents, Simmie Bolen and Nina Lee Mitchell Bolen. She is survived by: her husband Jack Otho Wingate; and her siblings, Libby Bell of Barnwell, Opal Morris (Jimmy) of Blackville, W. R. "Billy" Bolen (Betty Faye) of Blackville and Simmie "Rodney" Bolen of Bamberg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
