He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie, Sr. Daniels and Georgia Daniels; his wife Alma Jean Daniels; and his siblings, Charlie Daniels, Jr., Leepoluia Daniels, Sr. and Evelyn Walker.
He is survived by: his former wife Keddrick Daniels; and his grandchildren, Moses and Kedriona. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
