With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurene Buist (Blackville, South Carolina), born in Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on June 15, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Alan Buist; her parents, Byron Alonzo Miller and Bernice Mills Miller; and her brother Byron K. Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Howard of Dunwoody, GA, Linda Loyd (Gary) of Martinez, GA, Pamela Mills (Vic) of Augusta, GA and Robin Minor (David) of Hoover, AL; and her brother Thomas B. Miller (Maxine) of Smyrna, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
