He is survived by: his wife Betty Hutto Edwards; his sons, James T. Edwards, Jr. (late Barbara) of Aiken, Michael R. Edwards (Robert Sweeney) of Williston, SC, Stephen Edwards (Teresa) of Barnwell and Barry Edwards, Sr. of Blackville; his brother Jack "Jackie" Edwards, Jr. of Florida; and his grandchildren, Lisa Hutto (Jason), Laura Crosby (Craig) of Uxbridge, MA, Barry Edwards, Jr. of Blackville, SC, Nikki Hanna of Hemingway, SC, Justin Edwards of Barnwell, SC, Connor Edwards of Myrtle Beach, SC and Danielle Thorn of Fayetteville, AK. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
