She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Chavis and Evalena Chavis; her husband Joseph Sumter Hutson; and her son Elvis Still. She is survived by: her children, Marie Lawrimore (Bryant) of Blackville, Walter Buff of Aiken and Lisa Bolen (Randy) of Williston; and her siblings, Mamie Weaver of Orangeburg and Nazroe Chavis (Faye) of Orangeburg. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
