He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde George Putnam, Jr. and Sedalia Mary Warren Putnam; and his sister Catherine Putnam Scott. He is survived by: his siblings, Jayne Putnam Sparks of Blackville and Clyde G. Putnam, III (Vickie) of Florida; and his close friend Robbie Wise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
