He is survived by: his wife Kaye Hutson Givens; his daughter Ryndi Givens (Jason Houck) of Aiken; his grandchildren, Korbyn Houck and Briston Houck; his son Edward Marion Givens III (Kelley McCormick) of Barnwell; his granddaughter Matilda Ann Givens; his sisters, Betty Marion Arnold of Belvedere, Christine Brock of Williston, Rose Ellen Givens of Long Branch and Alice Kaye Bazemore of Blackville; his mother-in-law Lucy Hutson of Healing Springs; his uncle Billy Givens (Teenie) of Elko; his cousin Terry Givens (LeAnne) of Aiken; and his nieces and nephews, Hitt Arnold (Lisa), Kevin Arnold, Phil Brock, Kerri Bolen (Gene), Kristie Hutson (Todd), Kim Brock, Tommy Elkins (Mandy), Katina Elkins, Alicia Bazemore and Greg Bazemore. He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews and his four legged companion.
