We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2024, at the age of 42, Chuck McCormick of Blackville, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Beatrice Purvis, Charlie and Kitty McCormick. He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Ed" Edward McCormick, Jr. and Deborah Purvis McCormick; his aunts, Patty Ann Frost (George) and Jane P. Bennett; his uncle Tim McCormick (Katie); his caregivers, Theresa Mercaldo and Blaze Baxley; his cousins, Heather Peters (Michael), Kevin McCormick (Jill), Katelyn Delk (Ryan), Tori, Wesley Frost, Kristin Sellers (Thomas), Todd Bennett (Piroujak), Sara Bennett, Michael Bennett, Stephen Smeltzer and Ashley Smeltzer; and also Lillyanne Baxley.
