He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Benjamin Mew and Norma Lee Delk Mew. He is survived by: his son Al Mew, Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, John-Paul, Benjamin Mew of Roanoke, VA and Wilson Mew (Kelli); his great grandchildren, Cody, Madi Mew of York, SC and John Mew (Amy); his brother Billy Mew (Mary Olive); and also, Ireland, Saylor, Roz Pitts (Blake), Lawton of Seneca, Landon of Seneca and Mae Lee Pitts (Deborah Epps) of Seneca.
