We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020, at the age of 69, Oscar Lewis Jr. of Blackstock, South Carolina, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Oscar Lewis Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Dempsey. He is survived by: his wife Karen Housley Lewis; and his children, Stephen Lewis (Tara), Jeffrey Lewis (Carissa), Kelli Chen (Ming) and Kristin Brown (Brandon). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.

Memorial may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
