She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Laws and Nellie Smith Laws; her siblings, Beatrice Skinner, Eula Mae Laws, Katherine Laws, David, Pete, Jimmy and Wallace Laws; and her grandson Roy Martin Wallace, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Heyward L. Wallace, Jr. (Angie) of Blackstock, Roy Martin Wallace (Crystal) of Blackstock and Billy Joe Wallace (Angel) of Myrtle Beach; and her brother Johnny Laws (Martha) of Chester. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
