She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Gaston, Sr. and Charity Bell Mobley Gaston; and her sister Peggy Gaston Crouch. She is survived by: her brother James C. Gaston, Jr. (Linda Roden Gaston); her nephew Johnny Beckham; and her nieces, Becky Beckham Dickey (Roger), Sabrina Crouch Strickland (Michael) and Linsey Gaston Whiteside (Justin).
