He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceafie McKinley Leagan and Leila Mae Bolton Leagan; and his siblings, Johnny Leagan, Elizabeth Leagan Isler, Eveleen Blackwell, Virgie Hambright, Viola Leagan, Leona Goodson and Charlie Leagan.
He is survived by: his children, Scarlette Leagan, Vencient Leagan (Connie), Allison Dotson and Alicia Leagan; and his siblings, Junior Leagan and Luella Ricker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
