He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Moss and Molly Scates Moss; his siblings, Margaret Moss and James Moss (Jimmy); his brothers-in-law, Bobby Mills and Hennies Hames; and his former wife Jessie Mae Moss.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Mills of Gaffney, Doris Dover (Charlie) of Florida, Cheryl Moss (Jack) of Pacolet and Virginia Moss (Loyd) of Blacksburg.
