He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Carr Morgan; his children, William Richard Morgan II and Wendy Michelle Morgan; his stepdaughters, Shelia Hutchins and Karla McMahan; his grandchildren, Alise Morgan, Hannah Steinecke, Kayla Sarratt and Ashton McMahan; his great grandchild Bryley Steinecke; and his nephew Andy Williams.
